La Historia

The Story or History, in our case that of the family Perez-Carrillo and specifically the women that have been the inspiration to the Master himself. Each of us have that story of the person in the family that has been your inspiration. For Ernesto it is his mother and daughter depicted on the band, one in the tobacco field of Cuba and the other in Ernesto’s home of Miami, FL.

First Time Grandpa

I was given a Carrillo La Historia from a friend to celebrate becoming a grandfather! It was my first time smoking this cigar and it was so good, I felt compelled to write a review. As advertised, great notes of coffee and cocoa, but the earthiness made it just right. It was a great smoke from the first puff until the end. Perfect, just like my grandson!

Don't take our word for it

Achievements like this are the confluence of skill, talent and experience. In his 50-year career, Perez-Carrillo has owned factories big and small, worked for a major corporation, and has been making cigars on his own terms for the last decade. Now a two-time Cigar of the Year recipient, the man who’s done it all in the cigar business has just done it again.
