Encore Black is a limited production blend due to its meticulous and time-intensive production process, which inherently limits the quantity available. The Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper used in this cigar undergoes 18 months of fermentation followed by three years of aging, a process that ensures its rich complexity but also restricts the number of cigars that can be produced.
Additionally, the blend of premium tobaccos from Nicaragua, combined with the expertise of the Perez-Carrillo family, results in a carefully crafted cigar that is available only in limited quantities to maintain its exceptional quality and exclusivity.
